In today’s must rent video game post, I wanted to talk about the new NCAA Football title from Electronic Arts. All those that love sports games are going to enjoy this one. It was not as anticipated as the Madden Football 2009 video game, which is not out yet but the reviews have been nothing short of impressive. I have always thought that college football was better to watch then pro for its fans, tailgating, excitement and spectacular plays. In the NFL, every player is amazing so less “did you see that” plays occur.

NCAA Football 09 is a must rent video game for its new offensive additions such as the ability to combo juke moves together when running the ball. That means that when the stiff-arm button is hit, the gamer can then hit spin and the player will flawlessly transition. EA made gang tackling more realistic, which is always a plus.

Next time you want to rent a video game and have a few buddies coming over, pick up NCAA Football 2009, you will not be disappointed. EA did a great job at showing the college environment and all that comes with it.
